Shall Not Be Infringed!

McDonald vs. Chicago ruling came down today. For McDonald 5 to 4 (and thus incorporation of the 2nd Amendment via the 14th Amendment ... which basically means that state and local government are forced to abide by the 2nd Amendment, much like they must abide by the 1st, 4th, 5th, etc).

We've been waiting more than a century for this.

Its worth noting that the real reason for most gun control laws in the US was to keep newly freed blacks from owning guns they could use to defend themselves against white men in hoods. (good read on the Racist Roots of Gun Control here)

Section 3. There is a leftist/environmentalist/marxist propaganda film worse than Al Gore's An Inconvenient Truth being shown in American Schools called The Story of Stuff.

What follows in four parts is a critique and rebuttal of the lies, distortions and propaganda in The Story of Stuff.

If you have grade school children in public school (or even private) there is a good chance they have been shown this film (the non-critique version). Even if you buy the lie of global warming you should be offended by the lies and indoctrination masquerading as education in The Story of Stuff.

Was "Another Idiot Democrat" is now "More Leftist Censorship on YouTube"

Well I was going to post this wonderful video of Milwaukee Wisconsin County Board of Supervisors member Peggy West defending her position against Arizona and in support of a boycott of Arizona saying that basically if it were Texas, or some other state that shared a border with Mexico that she wouldn't have a problem with them having strict immigration laws. But that since Arizona is no where near Mexico they shouldn't be writing immigration laws.



But as you can see, the leftists that run YouTube are hiding behind some sort of bogus claim that posting the video was a copyright violation and took the video down (they often take down conservative videos, or more to the point videos that embarrass liberals. Fair use be damned). We need a good alternative to YouTube.

Red Eye comes on at 1am here (mountain time) so its hard for us to watch regularly but for you folk with DVRs you should DVR it and enjoy the insanity of the best conservative version of a news/talk/comedy show out there.
